Do NOT come here for your Storage needs. This place gets broken into on a regular basis. My lock was cut. My stuff was taken and this place holds no accountability or responsibility for that. It’s unfortunately my responsibility that someone broke into my unit on their property. All the gates and cameras and fences they have mean nothing. If I could give zero stars I completely would.
I have rented from Southtown Storage for numerous years. I find them to be superb with their rental facility. Management has been nothing short of wonderful and been well accommodating throughout the years. It’s nothing but a pleasure for me to have rented from the facility. Thank you. Ray
