I've been going to Southtown Dental for 19 years having bi annual dental cleaning as well as regular dental procedures. I had a cleaning on Monday 9/15/2025 that was what I equate to a National Hockey League game taking place in my mouth. Suffice it to say, I will not go back. Worst of all, I thought perhaps this was her first cleaning. Nope. My daughter had a similar experience in August by the same young lady.She was "nice", but that was all. Great dentist, staff is super friendly! Much appreciated!
The office personnel at the new practice mismanage money, lie about transactions and are not organized. The dentist and hygienist are not the problem. Document every transaction and follow up with your insurance. This staff is awful and they lie to cover their inefficient practices. This has been ongoing since they took over. Beware!!!!!
I had a good experience on my 4th time appointment. The hygienist did a pro-cleaning & exam, plus taking time to answer my questions. Even though I did not get assigned the same previous provider, I felt confident still & trust I had received the best of dental care. Rene
