I went with a Sailor home on leave, who’s car they purchased outside of base 3 weeks prior exploded in the back end, to Southtown where he was looking for help. Mark T at the tower did everything he could and pulled every string and then some to help our sailor walk out of Southtown with a better vehicle, better warranty’s and top dollar trade in on the vehicle that wrecked. Mark and Sierra were great here at southtown, US Navy sailor on leave my car that I drove up from florida and my car that I had broke down and my leave is up. Currently getting ready to head back to florida in a brand new 2026 jeep wrangler, sierra and Mark were nothing short of excellent with helping get a good deal and taking care of me here especially with the deal I made prior to coming home in florida not being the best deal, if you're gonna shop anywhere definitely shop here!
Great customer service!! I was greeted politely when I walked in. I was traveling across country in my 2024 Ram 3500 and my fuel filter sensors came on. Zach took care of the problem for me and shortly I was back on the highway. Thanks a lot Zach for taking care of us brother!!
Beware! Look over your paperwork before signing! I was lied to and had things added to my loan without a verbal conversation. Shady shady business!!!! So Buyer Beware. I will definitely never recommend. And if anyone would like to respond to my post, please ask for the video of me signing the paperwork before thinking I’m not right! He lied no way around that!
