I came to Southtown to get an oil and winter tire change and let me deal you I have never ever had such great customer service. The service tech was cheerful and happy as she is new and I didn’t get her name but Dallas came by to help her and she is absolutely amazing. Southtown you better hang on to that lady. ive bpught my last 2 cars hear they have always went out of their way to help me .the last jeep i bought last spring from them i had found at another dealer in desmoines .It turned out that dealer has tge same owners as southtown so i talked to my sales man and he was able to go get it from them and sell it to me. I ended up having issiues with the jeep in the second week southtowns service department went out of their way to get it all fixed for me .It was kind of a tricky fix because it would only act up when it rained .Th... read more
A typical dealer. Make zero concessions for these guys and know you’ll be on your own once the ink is dry.
So far my experience would be 1.was told it would be done in 1/2 day.They had the car 3 days and did not. A had t call Sat. Morning and ask the mechanic to return it because I had Monday morning doctor appointment. They had no one to deliver it.(it is a handicapped van with my wheelchair in it.Finally got it but checks were not done, no paper work. Made another appointment, pick up and have not responded - no call -- no see.
