Beware! Look over your paperwork before signing! I was lied to and had things added to my loan without a verbal conversation. Shady shady business!!!! So Buyer Beware. I will definitely never recommend. And if anyone would like to respond to my post, please ask for the video of me signing the paperwork before thinking I’m not right! He lied no way around that!
They wanted my wife to bring 2 vehicles (hour drive) for a simple $90 anti-moan brake kit , 1/2 hour install... I called the next day to try and get some understanding...after 2 hours runaround I learned they didn't have the part but going to order it. Then later that day got a call and I was told my extended warranty they sold us doesn't cover a known issue (Technical Service Bulletin 05-004-20). Lost a customer for life, but I am relieved I never have to deal with them again 😃

Service was top notch! This intellectual named Thad they brought out and I swear I heard boss theme music. If you're not diligent on what you actually should pay for a car then you'll end up paying way too much. Thad tried to negotiate the price on a car up to my boyfriend's mentally disabled veteran father who was trying to buy a family car. HOLD THE LINE and Thad will not get you (unless you didn't do your research and he's right about the price) 💯 beware he's VERY good at car math.
