We were having trouble with our A/C. We called *****, South Tex A/c & Heat, Pearland Tex. He came out and evaluated my issue and we agreed to a date to resolve the problem. By that afternoon our unit failed. I called *****. I knew he booked solid for the rest of the week. However, he was there the next morning with a crew of guys. Mr. *******owner of Southtex A/C installed a HVAC system in my new home, I had a one year warranty until March 26, 2019. I notified the builder January 2019, 3 months prior, saying there were problems with the HVAC system. The builder as well as South Tex A/C ignored me for 3 months until almost the end of the warranty period. South Tex finally came over just days before the expiration.
