Everyone in this branch is amazing. They treat you amazing.
Going to remain one star until I have an explanation as to why my account was closed with a 4 day notice only by email while I'm dealing with family issues and emailing me asking for my social after I had given it all to them in person the day I signed up. So not replying to an email within such a short timeframe especially after I've gotten two emails about e-statements showing everything normal is grounds to just close my account? Highly unprofessional and maybe my whole family should find a new place we can actually trust... read more
