I have been a happy customer with South State Bank, and its three other names for 40+ years. I lived in South Dade County and began banking with 1st National Bank in the 1980s. A big bank with a hometown feel. Everyone knew each customer by name. They were the ONLY bank that allowed my minor children to open savings accounts. I wanted to teach them young. I have been dealing with CenterState for several years now and I could not have had a better experience. Everyone is nice and only seems to want to please. Professional, courteous, attentive...... are only a few of their very positive attributes. If you want the feel of a nice home town Bank, this bank is for you. Couldn't be happier!
They merged with Centerstate bank. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Fortunately they still have a drive thru.
