CenterState has become worse and worse over the years. Once good (when they were Charter Bank), they are now unfriendly and unhelpful. They will lock your account if you enter your pin incorrectly and then require you to wait 3 days until a branch opens to come up in person and prove who you are. All of this at a location you regularly shop for a trivial amount of groceries. Don't waste your time with them, there no good any more.
Opened an account online over the weekend and went in and signed my paperwork today with Jennifer and made my first deposit. It was a great experience and happy I made the switch from SunTrust.
