My grandma had passed away and had filled out paperwork to give me authority to her account but because of her health she was not able to bring the paper in. I was told by multiple people there that I would need to bring in the paperwork with her death certificate and my ID which I did. Great Bank great service
I went into the Riverview Branch and I had the most wonderful experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly. I was helped by Kim Brown and she was knowledgeable and very patient with me. I recommend this bank!!!
