Cristal gonzalez is a rude person and not very helpful. I went in there trying to open a business acct and she was very off putting and annoyed that I was asking clarification on paperwork that's needed. She acted like I was interrupting her whole day by making sure I understood everything that was needed. I literally told her I didn't appreciate her not helping and I could leave. So I did. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH AT ALL. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

I was shocked at the support and time and energy that this bank took to celiberate THE devil's holiday. The lack of time the bank has to even open closing at 4 . I promise you it took 30 plus hours and 100s of dollars to decorate that bank. I felt the spirit of evil in that space. I wish I could take video of what I saw. But I don't want to give the evil spirit props. The decision I have made is to pull my money out of this bank due to the energy of making the whole bank look like death. Very sad to say.
The employees are the best always friendly and welcoming. Greet you as you walk in the branch. The customer service is exceptional. The branch is always decorated beautifully for the holidays. They are very attentive and get to know me. Love it.
Absolutely love everybody there I’ve been with this bank for years!!!!
