Dear Southstreet Urgent Care: I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding my experience at your urgent care facility on August 11th: Colin. I chose this location specifically because it listed X-ray services as available, which I urgently needed subsequently I had to make a second trip. I came to get stitches, but I'm paying for service. I'm paying cash for service but I still have to go through everything. Blood pressure weight to get my services. I'm paying cash. I just wanna get what I wanna get done and that's it.
Very pleased with the service! Staff was professional and helpful! Thank you for a great experience!
Staff are all nice, professional and efficient. This was a great experience. The only issue was they didn’t have a brace small enough to take care of my injury.
