From beginning to end these folks were amazing. I was pressed for time to make it to another appointment and they did all they could to make that happen.
This was the worst walk-in experience I have ever had in an Urgent Care. I checked in at 12:25 with eight people in front of me. An hour later, I’m next with no one ahead of me, according to their own waiting list app. Three more people are called before me. I walked up to the counter (which had been vacant for a while) once there was a receptionist again. I’m told that I’ll be called back soon. Two more people are called before me. It’s 3:00 now.
