You're not "Uptown Girl." You're also not "Downtown Guy." You're ALL AROUND the city, because you need to stay loose, and make it count. And who wants to pay to live in those ridiculous high-rent lofts, anyhow? Not you, and not I. If I could give this place -10 stars, I would. Please — don’t just walk away from this apartment, RUN. I made the mistake of ignoring the reviews and applied anyway. Long story short, they made me pay both the application fee and the deposit at the same time, which is completely wrong. The deposit should only be requested after your application is approved — but they clearly don't care about doing things the right way or how this affects people's lives.
