As soon as you buy a vehicle and have to deal with their after sales "Care" they leave you on hold for 30min plus, they don't check your details and don't know you have car care plan so try to charge you for their services every time. Sales team is great, everything else after, extremely poor. Currently on one of my many calls with them trying to sort out documentation and it has 17min on hold. Let's see how long they make me wait now.

We got our car at Southside. So we took our car there for first service. The service was normal price. But the extra they asked for was ridiculous. They wanted us to change wiper blades for $130, not to mention the car was merely less than a year old 😡I found out the genuine wiper blades cost less than $60 in another dealership. Also had to bring the car back for altogether 3 times to fix a wheel alignment issue. We’ll be going to another service centre unfortunately.
