Bought my new car through Kai and couldn't fault the experience. From the first conversation he was straight up — no pressure, no runaround, just honest answers and genuine knowledge of the cars. He kept me in the loop the whole way through, had everything organised for handover, and took the time to run me through the car properly before I drove off. Buying a car can be a headache, but Kai made it easy from start to finish. If you're in the market, ask for Kai — you'll be well looked after. Five stars.

We decided to give the service department at Southside Volkswagen a shot - never again. The customer experience was so bad that, not only will we never return, we will never buy another Volkswagen and will accelerate disposing of the one we currently own. Diabolically bad. My family and I had the best experience with Kai helping us to purchase our new car. It was unbelievable how much time he was able to give us. We are new to the EV world and had lots of questions.
