Have the vet tech's show some compassion. In emergency do what you say. Multiple phone calls asking for the vet to call. Was told " Will call you back very soon " two days later and stillborn pub no call's. Wrong evaluation on X-Rays. Save your money and find a good Vet. Thinking about getting my attorneys involved. Have proof of all.

Best doctor and staff I have ever had the pleasure of sharing the ups and downs of pet ownership. We lost our yellow lab in 2014 and yesterday our poodle/pom mix to old age. The expertise and compassion of the entire organization are simply superb which is why we have been with Dr. Kilpatrick and his staff for 26 years!
