I've been seeing Dr Fredericks several years now. The Dr and staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.
The staff, nurses and doctors at Southside urology are all top notch at their positions, Very pleasant and friendly!! Always a great experience
They make it difficult to make appointments. When you do finally get an appointment it isn't kept. I waited for 1 hour and watched 4 people come in after me served before me. I have been diagnosed through a blood test for elevated risk of prostate cancer. South Side Urology obviously does not seem to care. Go somewhere else if you want to live.
a month to get an appointment. 3 weeks to schedule a CT scan for a kidney stone. Another week to schedule a lithotripsy that wasn't done because no one ever gave me a time to be there.
It was my first visit. The staff was so professional and friendly. I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you Dr. Rogers and the staff.
