2 of our family members have been referred to this facility in the last year. On both occasions a staff member named Joyce was over the top rude and fowl to the patient (family member) in front us. I have worked in Healthcare on the Senior Management side for 20 years and there is no reason for a staff member to be this rude! Horrible customer service. I highly recommend going anywhere but here. Was very rude. It's been on multiple occasions of issues with the staff. The ladies behind the counter were beyond disrespectful to my family and I. I would like to give this place 0 stars but it wouldn't allow me to. Thank you
