I called ahead, she had a tech ready , he worked through his lunch break got my tire fixed help me load it into my truck all within an hour great people to work with I will be back time and time again thank you very much.
Got me in and out FAST, showed up with a flat, and to top it off I had a headache from not eating, Stacy got me a soda to help with my headache while I waited. Definately a place I will keep in my notebook.
Edit, 1/22/2026: South Side Tire and Auto WAS my trusted mechanic for 4 years. Had my Buick towed to them because I had two passenger side tires blow out on Cardinal Ln in Howard. THEY NO LONGER DO CAR ALIGNMENTS? They gave my car back, without telling me the alignment was off, had to call and complain to get an answer… While the staff was polite, I would like to make it clear, I’ve never heard of a mechanic being unable to do alignments and they recommended me to Fleet Farm or Walmart… I paid almost $1,000 (for high quality... read more
