Great storage facility and awesome people!! The manager was extremely helpful!! I would definitely recommend them!!
I rented my storage unit for almost 5 years. Overall great experience! The fact you can talk to someone local who has authority to rectify issues is very convenient. The staff has always been very professional and understanding. Shannon is very helpful and educated on the business and it shows. Thanks everyone at southside for helping me have a safe place for my belongings.

I called 3-4 times to pay my bill and no one ever answered during business hours. Got a call back from Shannon 3 days late, she was super unprofessional and very pissed off because I left a message on Sunday after my pervious calls were never returned during business hours. I explained this, and she just kept repeating they’re not open on Sunday and she needs me to “understand that”. Somebody feed Shannon or give her a hug or something 😅😂🤣
