Clean units, ours was spotless upon move in. Very easy to move in online. Lots of cameras and lights, what more could you want?
Miles of storage recently bought the Bloomington storage facility we use and that is the one and only reason we have ever done business with them. Since they have taken over, the security gate remains open, the security cameras are pointing in the wrong direction. Several locks inside the facility have been cut and items stolen. Our locker included. We have reached out to the call center several times with no response other than the rep saying our concerns will be forwarded to a manager.
