Canceled storage unit days after I opened the account. Due to not needing it after all. Paid the registration fee when I signed up. But they were still trying to charge me for the next months rent after I canceled even though I had never even used the unit or been to the facility. Still made me go to the unit to take a picture to prove it had been “cleaned out”. Even though I had never set foot on facility.
