If you don't like Southside you don't like food. I respectfully disagree with the last review. This is the best bbq I have found east of Memphis, and the rest of their menu is top-notch as well. Right at the top of my list of "favorite all-time restaurant".
Best BBQ Place in Landrum! We just love Southside Smokehouse! Their BBQ is the best you can find within a 20-30 mile radius! And their hushpuppies, oh gosh - they're the BEST! Their menu has a wide selection of tasty foods other than BBQ too, so just about anybody can find something they like. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is really cool. Most definitely worth a try!

the only thing keeping this place from being packed is the silly pandemic. everything we ate was fantastic and the service was great what more could you ask for

This place is a must try! Great service...A "bayou" section on the menu made me super happy and my husband loved his ribs! The appetizer sampler with Cajun wings, alligator bites, & cheese fries were delicious too! (Amazing margaritas & an excellent craft beer selection!) Well worth the drive! We will definitely recommend to friends & return ourselves!
First time dining there and everything was great. Will definitely be back with friends and family.!!!
