Christy Chandler and her broker were very misleading about the costs I the seller would have to pay on the day of closing. They used a bait and switch on selling my property. If you do business with them, read the fine print and don't accept the offer without final costs on paper you will have to pay...their business practices are very unprofessional. Ric Miller worked well for me. He is very knowledgable and easy to talk with. Hegave me options and advice that helped me make the correct decisions. I recommend him for anyone wanting to sale property.
Stay clear of this Realtor Malea Speight. I would honestly give this woman and her broker a zero if it were permitted. Very unprofessional I was supposed to me shown houses that she scheduled for me and my family to view and she was a no call no show to each appointment. She stopped taking my calls and caused me to loose two homes has a result of her incompetence and unprofessional demeanor.
