Horrible place to go for anything medical. If you go for a wellness visit they always come up with some reason to charge your insurance for multiple visits from just one visit. You can’t talk to your doctor about anything or they consider it a second visit and charge you for it. Try to call them and speak with someone on the phone, forget about it. Avoid this place at all costs. Back when Dr. Puster and Dr. Cobaugh were there it was a great practice. Not anymore. Avoid it at all costs.
Yes went in and saw NP Melissa Clayton on 4/8/25 all of my concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. Been seeing Melissa for about 35 years first at Ironbridge family practice that place had the worst Office turnover I have ever seen . My experience with Chester Family was very pleasant and professional greeted with a smile , taken back to see the doc 10 minutes early. Set appointments up for annual physicals for my wife and I in December excellent staff.
