They claim to accept ChampVA, but they will bill you rather than attempt to work with them. Look elsewhere.
Avoid this place. This is a revolving door of staff, I’ve been with them almost 4 years and have only had a doctor for the first year. Since then it’s been stream of nurses. My pharmacy contacted them last week for a refill on a routine medication ive been on for years. faxed them a new request for refill on Monday. I sent a message on mychart requesting a refill on Thursday at noon. It’s now Friday night /and still no refill. Worst phone customer service ever!!!!! Someone please sue this place!
This office has gone down hill severely. Super disappointing. It doesn't even make sense with the way they do certain things now. It's all about the $$ not your health. It wasn't like that when I first came here. I do love my doctor though you just can't get an in person appointment with her unless you make it 6 months in advance but that doesn't work when you need to be seen about a new health issue.
