Update 12.2.25 - Chris strikes again! Yet another leak on another old valve, and Chris was not only super knowledgeable and quick (again, like always) - he even checked in to make sure his past repairs were holding up. I have used Southside for more than 5 yrs. They are always on time, professional, and all of their work has always been spot on. What I really appreciate is they always diagnose the problem or evaluate your ask & give you a price before they start working so there are no surprises once work is complete. Rare experience nowadays. Overall good experience every time and why I always call them when I need plumbing services. Highly recommend.
