VERY disappointed when I boarded my cat for three days. I specifically said my cat must use her litter that I provided for her. I weighed the litter before I took her to be boarded and when I picked her up, her bag of litter weighed exactly the same as I sent it with her. I immediately called and was told the litter wasn't used. I suspected this type of poor business was going on. Dr symms is great. !!! Best vet I have found in this area. Exotics, are in Birmingham though. All the staff is good.

I absolutely love The Southside Pet clinic. The doctor's and staff are professional, courteous and love our fur babies.
