Absolutely satisfied! Repair was handled professionally and quickly. Owners went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. Highly recommend!
A Mercedez bumper and wheel replacementhas turned into $10k worth of repairs. The last month and a half has been nothing but incorrect part orders and no communication. If you're considering this place because the dealership recommended it, I STRONGLY suggest you look at the giant lot of cars they have in plain sight. Not a very large repair area to support that...
Put my truck in their shop 4 days after hurricane Harvey. I understand the devastation in the area. But it's going on 2 1/2 months. Can never get a straight answer from anyone in the office. I was told it was it was towed to a dealership. Which one? I never was told. I have no clue where it sits now. Meanwhile I am making payments for a truck i dont even know where it is. I took my 2013 Suburban in to them several months ago and I am very happy with the service I received. They were able to replace the motorized sunroof that had been destroyed by a stray rock for less than half of what several other places quoted me. After several months everything is still working great. If I find myself in need of future repairs I'll be taking it here again for sure.
To the bosses r very professional n good environment ..excellent workers who know wat there doing...
nothing but lying going around at that place. I've been told that my car had been taken to dealership to take codes off and that they were waiting on dealership. I called BMW and they told me my car has not been taken over there!!!! nothing but liars !!!!!
