Very professional & friendly staff, from the front desk to the surgical staff. All questions are cheerfully addressed & answered. Empathy for the patient's condition is high & it is obvious that all efforts are being made to resolve the patient's problem(s) & needs in the best possible way.

Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Worst experience ever in a dentist office. Only person who was nice was the LPN. Nobody would listen to me when I told them what I needed or knew what was going on. Had a traumatic oral surgery and left in tears. Will NEVER go back and will NEVER suggest them.

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
