Worst customer service I think I ve ever had. She (the owner I believe) did not shape my nails or push back my cuticles. She put a base coat on my nails and put my hands in a flourescent light. She said I need to be there for 3 minutes and left. She went to pick up her daughter in the middle of my manicure. After about 8 minutes I asked the other girl working what what going on.
