Amazing experience! My mower pull cord broke in the middle of a job, dropped the mower off at 9:30 in the morning and it was done before 3 in the afternoon! Not to mention the great pricing
Bought a used mower, and it quickly started acting up. Took it to Southside, they cleaned the carburetor, drained and replaced the gas, sharpened the blade and replaced the spark plug. Runs better than a new mower.
The big shop in South county wouldn't touch my mower but Frank fixed it in less than an hour. 😲
Don’t let his age fool you, he’s insanely fast and beyond reasonable. I dropped off a mower that was sucking air and probably had dirty pouring out the carburetor. But he was kind, understanding, fast, and most of all made me feel comfortable rather than pressured. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He just fixed the problem and now my mower runs perfectly. And the best part was I had my mower back the same day when I’m used to shops taking weeks at a time to fix something.
