Bought a used ASX in March. They didn't want to budge on price because it 'just had new tyres put on'. Got an RAC pre-inspection: turns out the front tyres were 4 years old and the rear tyres 7 years old. They ended up owning that and replacing the tyres. Now the starter motor has failed, 6 months from purchase, and they won't help me out. Disappointing.
Staff were there to help the minute I walked through the door. Ariana was delightful and had me booked in in only a few days time.
I have been very impressed with the experience I had, buying a new car from Southside Mitsubishi. It was easy, at a competitive price and I received great service from Bella and Ray. Would use them again for sure.
