I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I specifically requested tyre rotation and balancing, which was agreed to when I dropped off my car. However, when I came to pick it up, I was told the work had not been done because they believed the rear tyre needed replacement. What’s unacceptable is that no one informed me of this beforehand. Been servicing my car here since 2023 with no issues, but today was disappointing. Booked for 7:30 AM and was told pickup at 1 PM. Another customer who came later was offered 12 PM, but I was told mine couldn’t be guaranteed. Around 11:55 AM, I only then received a message about few issues, including replacement — much later than usual. Because of the late notice, I couldn’t proceed with the repairs due to another appointment. Better and earlier communication would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, I was totally let down by the Service Department at South Side Mitsubishi. They only did half of the work my car was booked in for resulting in me having to change my holiday plans. They were happy to take my booking and only do the easy work. Installing a Genuine Mitsubishi Cargo Barrier seemed way beyond their abilities. Why does Mitsubishi sell genuine parts when the dealers are incapable of installing them.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist yesterday. We are not 100% sure if her name is Ellen or Alan, but she was the lady sitting at the reception counter at Mitsubishi southside canington. We booked our car service for 9:30 AM and were clearly told the car would be ready by 2:00 PM (it was also written on the paper in front of us ).
