At was a pleasure to be with you us for 14 years and we never have any problems or complaints a bout payment and you us price was way different the other place I will recommend to people who are looking for a storage and thank you have a blessed day
Terrible new owners. The bill is never the same. So I send them more than my payment is. Then they harass me and say I'm late. I put the check in the mail on the 3rd of every month, so it will hopefully be postmarked before the 5th. I get 2 messages, one says I have credit, then 10 minutes later I get a message that says I'm late and owe late fees! Terrible Business Practices. Just terrible.
This storage facility location is very convenient being so close to downtown. Owners were very friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend.
