The receptionist (Sylvia)made an elderly lady with respiratory problems wait an extra hour by skipping her because she couldn't walk fast enough from her car. Next gentleman in line offered his place, Sylvia refused and told her staff in English "make him wait 3 hours for being a NICE GUY" She is probably used to exploiting people who don't know the language and have no way to voice a complaint.
