This business and the guys that work here are truly amazing. Had a problem with our 79 series pulling to the left. The boys had it in there over a period of two days because of needing to order parts. On both days they drove hubby back to the caravan park we were staying in, and came and picked him up again to return him to our car. Cannot rate them high enough. No more pulling to the left either. We were there a week and a half ago with our Pajero and were impressed by the service. There were a few things that needed repairing. The mechanic explained and showed us everything on the spot. The car was repaired the very next day. As we sleep in the car, they did everything they could to get it back to us in time for the next night. Thank you very much for your efforts!
Called mid morning when we hit town and after explaining our situation and that we were just passing through, was told to bring it straight in to be diagnosed. Turned out to be the crank sensor plus we had an issue with the traction control not working from the day before Was told to come back at 2.30 and the owner dropped us back down in town while they sorted it out then came and picked us up when they finished. What a great business, they serviced our car at short notice to a log book standard. The car was washed and ready quickly as we were passing through Geraldton. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of this business. In addition to the car service, they drop me and picked me up at a location of my choosing. Personal service that sets the standard for others to follow. If you are travelling or a local I highly recommend this business. Congratulations guys.
Had an overnight stay in Geraldton, Southside Mechanical were recommended to me, got my oil change done, what a fabulous place, service was terrific! Reminded me of my own mechanic back home! Well done crew, keep up the fantastic service!
