I brought my car in to get serviced and it didn't take long at all. It was done within 2 hours, even though I was initially told 3 hours. I was very pleased with that! Very professional staff and greeted me as soon as I arrived. Got me checked out and on my way quickly also. Carisa Soto customer service skills are out of this world She bent over backwards to make sure that you will always be totally satisfied I brought my car for an oil change and she was able to let me know about a concern over some pieces of metal inside the oil gasket… She’s got the issue diagnosed and had me in a rental and had me going with my day! Keep me informed either through text messages or phone call and the all ordeal was taking care of by Southside Kia!

Firas Hammami was absolutely outstanding to work with at Southside Kia, where I purchased a new 2023 Sportage on 6/7/2023. I received a very good trade-in rate on my 2022 Kia K5. This was a really good vehicle as well, but I needed something bigger and the trade in rate was irresistible. Firas is now very much like a good friend as I bought the K5 from him in February 2022. I loved my shopping experience, went in told them what I was looking for, test drove, came back to get approved in an hour, paperwork took an hour, tint took a day & bow on the car & driven off the showroom floor was a plus. Go to Southside Kia for all of your KIA needs. They treat you like family. They keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle during your vehicle service. I recommend Anthony Grant as your service advisor. I didn't get the name of my technician, but the tech's number is 43013. They are very fast, but not so fast to take any shortcuts. The entire Southside KIA Staff are very friendly and approachable. I actually look forward to getting my vehicle serviced, just so I can hang around and talk to everyone.
