Greg is the best inspector I’ve worked with hands down. Very thorough and takes his time looking at every little thing needed. He’s great at what he does, he’s honest, and keeps you updated the whole time he’s working. I would highly recommend his service to anyone and I’ll never work with anyone except him from now on.
Greg did a great job in assisting us with his services. His reports are very thorough, and he is honest and there for you. He is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. He found things we didn't even notice. I highly recommend Greg if you are in need of a home inspection!
At first, Greg saved us numerous times from investing in homes that would have been terrible financial decisions. He seemed great and honest. But then he definitely botched the inspection in the home we finally moved into - resulting in a massive leak/water damage issue that caused a ceiling collapse and *SHOULD* have been visible and flagged in an inspection. We probably could have sued him, but we were too busy trying to fix our house. Won't be working with him again.
