Make you sign a list of rules, but then do NOT enforce them at all. Loud music, loose big dogs ( not supposed to be over 35 lbs), let some have pit bulls- but says not allowed, people parked in the yards, some park in the streets every night....
Does disreputable things when people are changing units and try strong arm tactics, more than willing to turn off PAID FOR UTILITIES to make a point. I would steer clear of Stacy
