My company has used Southside Fuel on several construction sites in the Richmond area over the past couple of years. I have been more than impressed with the expedience of service and ease of doing business with them. When I call in a panic for fuel, it is never a problem and am always treated with outstanding customer service. I always truly feel that my business is appreciated - not something you find too often anymore. HIGHLY recommend!
I called to have them come out to our office and fill our generator and the woman on the phone was unnecessarily rude to me. Not only was the customer service at the front line extremely poor, but when I stated how I would be paying she simply told me that they didn’t accept that type of payment and hung up. I feel that she could have at least informed me of the other options to pay and see if I wanted to use another method. I cannot rate their actual service because I didn’t even get past calling to place in the order.
