I'd never done any kind of bootcamp (or strength workout) before trying out Southside Fitness. After the first class, I noticed my lower back pain had all but disappeared. Several months later and I've really seen my endurance grow demonstrably. The trainers are supportive and helpful. And the classes feel communal and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love SouthSide Fitness! Taylor is a superb coach and an all around great person. I have followed him from gym to gym and now on to his outdoor boot camp. That just shows how amazing he is! The community is really special, everyone is welcoming and it's easy to socially distanced mingle with the small class sizes. Mask wearing is enforced during workout explanations and when grabbing equipment. Sanitation is on point, as well. The workouts are brutal in a good way and will definitely leave you sweating! I LOVE Southside Fitness!! These workouts are exactly what I needed to break out of quarantine and get moving in a way that is safe. (Masks required until the workout starts. Then social distancing is easy). Taylor designs workouts that are fun and motivating. He's always coming up with something creative so you don't get bored and you're always learning something new. I highly recommend working out at Southside Fitness and Bootcamp. The workout classes are varied so I feel like I'm always getting a full-body workout that is a good combination of strength and endurance. We never do the same thing twice in a class so I never know what to expect! The coaches are knowledgable and want to provide a healthy and safe workout environment - they take the time to explain each movement and ensure everyone feels comfortable with the workout.
