I started coming here last summer, when I had an eye emergency. Everyone was so helpful and kind! The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. After having such a good experience, I decided to make this office my new eye doctor. Ashley, Candice, and Jennifer were so helpful when picking out my new glasses and made it a fun experience. Highly recommend coming here!
Broke my glasses yesterday. Went in today and they took care of me right away. No waiting around. They found a similar frame that I wanted and tested to see if it fit and it was the perfect match. In and out in less than 30 minutes and best part was that they stayed UNDER my budget that I had in mind going into it. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Koopman and her staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to see me last minute and provided excellent care for my eye issue. I highly recommend this office for their professionalism and great service!
Outstanding service! I am over the top happy with my new Glasses! The entire staff was so helpful, from the minute I stepped in the door I was highly impressed. My prescription is on point now as well. The staff also was so helpful in helping me choose the right frame for me. Very personable staff. The office is so nicely decorated as well. Very good ambiance and atmosphere in general. Highly recommend this vision center. Glad I made the change to them. Thank you so much Ladies!
