Family vision yet dont see everyone in the family. Make an appointment then cancel you just before the appointment because they wont see your child because of their age.
Apparently this office’s time is valuable, but patients’ time is worthless. They refused to see me when I was 10 minutes late, yet expected me to wait over 50 minutes at my rescheduled appointment. Rude, unprofessional, and hypocritical. Left, did not see provider
TL;DR: It's like going for an oil change at a sly mechanic shop. The customer service is good, the establishment is very kept, and the exams don't have any issues. Problems arise from once your prescription is delivered and they bring you to the frame selection, stringing along and making you feel pressured subtly. I started coming here last summer, when I had an eye emergency. Everyone was so helpful and kind! The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. After having such a good experience, I decided to make this office my new eye doctor. Ashley, Candice, and Jennifer were so helpful when picking out my new glasses and made it a fun experience. Highly recommend coming here!
