Canceled my gfs appointment 2 months in advance and did not inform the patient. When she arrived for the appointment the receptionist was extremely rude and blunt to her.
Nurse Christie was extremely opponated and rude, hung up on me due to issues with a telavisit, and was unknowledgable on what was being addressed, and snotty when I informed her she was incorrect.
