Always did great with my yearly or quick check up on my eyes, front desk and Dr. always professional no need to wait the line too
Not open when they say they are. Made an online booking for the 9.30 slot Saturday the 5/09/26. Google says they open at 9am Saturday’s. I turned up and not open. Waited around for 15 minutes, still not open. Maybe change your trading hours on google and block off making online bookings on Saturdays if you aren’t going to be there.
Michael and Aaron are super friendly and helpful. Will come back when I need the new pair of glasses 🤓
The team at Southside Eyewear were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Aaron’s professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond were truly exceptional. Michael was also fantastic—extremely accommodating and ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly.
