Broke down on side of road with loss of power and heavy raw fuel smoke. My company got a hold of this company and hired them to come out and fix the truck. They said they would be about a hour before they arrive , hour and a half later I called and the boss Tony and he said they were ten minutes away , hour later my boss called and they said mechanic was 30 minutes away ,this calling back and forth went on for over 3 hours before mechanic showed up in a old raggedy looking service truck .
