We were frantically searching for a shop that could fix the issues we were having with our truck but found that most of the shops in our area were behind schedule. Broke down on side of road with loss of power and heavy raw fuel smoke. My company got a hold of this company and hired them to come out and fix the truck. They said they would be about a hour before they arrive , hour and a half later I called and the boss Tony and he said they were ten minutes away , hour later my boss called and they said mechanic was 30 minutes away ,this calling back and forth went on for over 3 hours before mechanic showed up in a old raggedy looking service truck .
