I understand having a lot of new patients but it's unreasonable for the person before me to have waited at least an hour after their appointmet time. What if someone had to leave for work? Would they have been charged a cancel fee? The doctor was professional but I guess I didn't do enough research as i was expecting to get ingrown removal. They gave me samples for a medication and based on our conversation they shouldn't have automatically started a prescription before I tried the samples. Carmen is AMAZING! She knew what my "rare" condition was immediately. She was able to get me to the point of remission. This was after seeing another provider for almost 2 yrs who tried several types of medications, ointments, and treatments that were quite unorthodox for my condition. I absolutely love this place and the team. As a guy, I’ve always felt completely at ease here—they truly make you feel at home. Dr. Pentel is exceptional, and her staff is just as fantastic. I’ve been her patient for nearly 10 years, and I completely trust her judgment. I've never once felt pressured or upsold on any procedures.
