I always receive excellent care at Southside Dental. I find each staff member to be very good at their respective jobs. They are always caring, explain exactly what they’re doing and are very reassuring. I wish I had found them earlier in my dental journey.
This practice is flexible and personable, unlike many dentists who can be distant and officious. They've listened to my peculiar requirements and done their best so far to accommodate me. I was dreading the usual mouth clean when I heard the grinding tool, but it was far more painless and seemingly more thorough than previous experiences at other dentists. Most importantly, you really get the feeling they listen to you. Please keep up the good work SSD team.
