This message is for the owners: please be aware that your hard-earned reputation can easily be damaged by unprofessional staff. On April 11, I had a teeth cleaning, and I was disappointed with the service. The hygienist only manually scraped my teeth and did not clean between them, use dental floss, polish, or use any mechanical instruments att all, she used only one metal dentist scraper! I am very impressed with Southside Dental! The facility is gorgeous and incredibly clean, and the staff were all so friendly. I had such a positive experience and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Staff are friend and helpful, from the receptionist to the Dentist and Dental Hygienist. My son used to fear going to the dentist, but not on this Dental clinic.
