It was unprofessional, ineffective, rude, and lacking empathy. My name is Faith Eden, and I am from Ethiopia/Somalia. Three weeks ago, I made an appointment for a partial (upper flipper), and I informed the representative that I wanted to schedule this appointment. Worst experience of my whole entire existence, I have never cried so much in my life. Even though the staff are very polite, the dentist does not have enough experience or knowledge to work on teeth. I have permanent damage for life, now that a "nail-file" like tool was used to cut away at perfectly good tooth, down below my gums and now I have what I describe as a tunnel that cuts through a mountain, I have a hole that I can literally stick a tooth pick between the bottom of my two teeth. I must say that my dental appointment experience was absolutely wonderful. Not too many people can say that, right? Dr. Noeske and assistant Ana were the best. They were polite, had knowledge of what they were doing, friendly, and caring. I have a slight fear of needles in my mouth, but this time was different, l felt very little pain' I couldn't believe it! And I was in and out of the office in ½ an hour, wow!
