For new patients before setting up an appointment ask them how far are they on appointments if treatment has to be done. I took my kids today and the last step was to set appointment for treatment and was told they are booked out for almost three months.... they wanted my son that has a small hole in his tooth to wait until Jan... thats ridiculous!
