I bought a 2024 half tone Denali from South Side Chevrolet, so last summer the truck broke down, they told me that they needed to order the part so it will be 3-4 days until it’s fixed. They wouldn’t give me a rental or a loaner vehicle or even a ride home, I was left stranded at the dealership and had to call for a ride. Now this week, a year later, the truck has to be in the shop for 5 days again because it’s stuck in limp mode, once again, no rental, or loaners. Stuck without a vehicle again !!! Horrible, horrible!!! My father in-law along with his wife and sister... All seniors, dropped into this dealership and asked them to please put air in a tire so they could make it back home to Noelville. They told them NO!! They didn't have an appointment and no one had time to help out so e seniors with air. Dad offered to pay and they refused because they hadn't booked in the car! ARE YOU FAWKING SERIOUS???
