I have been training at Southside for about four months, and I have seen significant improvements in my overall performance and techniques. The best place to train in Minneapolis! Lots of individualized attention, lots of time to train and practice the moves of the day, and, most importantly, safe training partners with a great culture. I always make an effort to visit southside bjj when I’m in town and they make me feel like I’m family. You gotta go here if you’re a local!

Great gym full of kind, skillful, passionate jiu jitsu players. Great gym for any upper or lower belt looking to improve. As someone who travels for work, I have trained at a dozen gyms but this one is something special.

I dropped in on a work trip and everyone was incredibly welcoming. They loaned me a gi. It's a small space but well-built and they use it effectively. Clean, private changing rooms. Would happily go back.
