We are a locally owned facility that attempts to truly know our members and create a “community” environment, you are not just a number with us. SB has just about all of the equipment you need to get results, they're open 24 hours a day, and best of all you are not being accosted by sales-driven staff members and trainers like you are at big box gyms in the area; no annoying texts trying to get you to sign up for personal training. That said, they have a PLETHORA of certified personal trainers that work out of the gym if you're interested in working one-on-one (or a small group) with a fitness professional.

I love this gym and I’ve come for years but it would be a lot better with working air conditioning for those who like afternoon workouts.
