Went to car shop a little to see what is on the market and stuff, some guy came to help me, he told me to shoot a price for the hail damaged vehicles because they was priced prior to the damage and they apparently haven't gotten around to putting new prices on them. I shot a price on a couple of these beat to crap cars that apparently the used car salesman found appalling and walked away from me muttering like I cant afford what he has. Bought a truck from here. Never told me anything about the 3rd brake light leaking when it rains. Cab light filled with water. Had to replace the light. Contact Jim. Says he didn't know anything about it. Last I heard from him. Now 2 weeks later I'm stuck with a truck with a blown transmission. Not even wasting my time to Contact this place again. Avoid this place and spend your money else where.
I put $2,000 down on a vehicle from this dealership, and that down payment has not been applied to my loan. When I asked for clarification, I was given an evasive and confusing response—something along the lines of “that’s mine”—which makes no sense. I called this lovely dealership and asked if they still had a vehicle I was looking at on there website. The grumpy ass old man who answered the phone act like I just interrupted his last meal when I asked if the van was still available. He said I did have is that all your looking for ! Very rude customer service. Please fire this old man before he cost you even more business. There was another vehicle I was interested in but not after how rude he was on the phone.
